App doesn’t work for purchases
I have tried multiple times to buy things through the app but it just redirects me to F21 website and my shopping cart is empty. It’s really frustrating and there’s no clear directions on how to contact them. The app Is also really slow
It’s bad for kids
Like I delete it I don’t know how much times and there’s no category that says for kids.Although I know there’s a kid section in forever 2I.just hate this app I live Quite far so I can’t just dive\walk there.And my mom won’t help me!i got soooooo frustrated!!!😠

Always saves me with last minute shoping I need to do before events

Hi I wanted to say that I love forever 21 I love the Clothes/jewellery everything but my the only problem is that I can only have a max 40 items couldn't you increase that to 100 ?150?
Disappointing
I live in Ireland and there's no option for it so I have to choose UK and then prices come up in pounds. Also it's very very slow and just not as good as other online shopping apps. Expected more.
