After version 3.1 it only works on WiFi When not on WiFi No conection, its a shame had it for year and never problems before now🙄
Foscam sucks
The app only funtions and connects with the camera about 10 percent of the times. And the camera it self is a joke.
Missing important basic features!!!
Only possible to set one rectangle for motion detection - limits the use of this camera considerably! Not possible to download recordings from SD card!!!

Useless without the expensive cloud service
It is useless without the cloud service. Needless to mention that the cloud service is extremely expensive. Furthermore the cloud service does NOT work on apple desktops (only on windows pc). I suggest you use other brands with the facility to save video sequences in your mailbox,to keep costs down. This solution is way too expensive.

Works fine, had some trouble with the wireless but remember to setup wireless before you unplug the LAN cable 😉 Haven't tried it 'away from home' yet. Works perfectly with a Synology DS216play 👍🏻
Failed to connect!
I have just bought two foscam cameras, and I am very disappointed with the app. It's very slow to connect with the cameras, if it ever connects. You need to restart the app every time you use it, to connect to cameras. Fix it please!
