Bad
Current version is bad, camera loading time too much, cloud history is also not working all time. Pls fix. High quality internet streaming ok but low quality streaming very bad than other cheap cameras. Pls fix it Bad version Am not able to see live
Bad update
After the latest update the app has stopped showing live coverage. Have to only refer to history which too is very slow. Please fix the bugs.
Bad update
The current version 1.7.6 is having lot of problem in connecting to the camera whereas the earlier version 1.7.5 was very smooth and fast in establishing connection with camera for live streaming. Please fix the issue.
Sharing printing and download limitations
The mobile app software should allow sharing to the following 1 option to share on what's app or any app 2 option to email 3 option to print out pictures if any crime has happens 4 option to download movies if any crime has happened 5 constant live monitoring These are the major draw back Regards Ajay From india 0091 9833148053 my cell number Ple
Not able to add camera
App fails to register camera. It's says "failed to get detail of camera" where as with same credentials I am able to add camera in older app ( Foscam Viewer) and it is working fine. Hope company will look into it and resolve it ASAP. Thanks!
Awesome product and application
It's really awesome application and the installation is much easier. Thanks to fascam for the fantastic wireless ip camera. Highly recommended for someone who looking for quality product and very reasonable price. Note : please do some research on YouTube to find out the best model from fascom which meets your requirements. Message for the developers: please add a option to save/share the media that capture from the live stream.
This app is TRASH
Don’t waste your Money, just buy a Ring camera. I’m replacing all of these cameras. They do not alert or Record majority of the movement . Literally a Waste of your Hard earned money. And they know it’s trash .
Problematic app functionality
This camera is more difficult to connect to WiFi than most. The picture quality is good but sync rate and menu function are not always responsive. I thought I was being hacked the rate at which I lose function of camera. But I have cheaper cams that Perform and sync simple and fluid.
