Foundation training is a must for people of all ages
Started foundation training to help fix some lower back issues and it has become part of my weekly routine. I am a BJJ practitioner so getting injured is a weekly process but with foundation training I know how to get things fixed up. New content is added regularly and covering all walks of life. Thank you Eric Goodman and team for being this training to everyone.

Great back help but they are removing content from the app.
I have done foundation training for many years and it has greatly helped my back. There was a really great 14 week baseline program I completed many times. They recently removed that program and replaced it with a shorter version and removed some key workouts. Not sure why they did it but the new baseline program is much shorter and not as good.
Spinal decompression & proper alignment
This program is based on solid anatomical health tenets developed by doctors and therapists. There is nothing gimmicky or quick fix and no meds, supplements or other nonsense. It’s just about getting your body aligned and pain free.
Foundation Training is amazing
The program works—by doing the movements, my back has expanded, my posture improved, , I have more feeling of ease in my body, and my understanding of my body’s workings has gotten better. All in all a great program.
A note to the developer regarding the app: as others have mentioned, videos do hang/buffer mid workout, especially at the beginning, which lowers the experience. The program’s still worth it, and it’s also worth improving.

If there were ever a miracle pill… it wouldn’t be a pill at all. I found Foundation training through back pain. quite a bit of back pain. living years with scoliosis, a broken sacrum and many trashed disks. My spine was not happy and i felt pretty screwed. THEN, I tried this method called Foundation Training. I honestly felt immediate relief. It quickly started to help with my pain, so much so, it got me off 4 years of pain meds ! It is now my go to.… every day.… it keeps me strong, out of pain and able to surf. The genius of these simple movements, that are totally challenging and truly mind and body expanding, are real. The connections i can feel in my body now, it is life changing. Foundation Training has me surfing like this 67 year old… is 17 again! Get the app and get started 🤙🏼get strong

This is such an amazing program but the instructors with the most classes need some guidance. I think I hit on the worst classes during my free trial (“grab your butt, jiggle your butt” - to ensure the gluteus muscles aren’t engaged) but I didn’t see enough classes from other instructors to make the $170 price tag worth it. I’ll stick with the free options until they dial back the “dude” feel from the two main instructors. For those who can handle that aspect of things, the concepts and science behind the training are rock solid and of great benefit.
