Worst App and Worst concept ever period
For the last 3-5 occasions I had been to a Frasers managed Mall. I was informed that the Frasers handheld is down as there is no power or network, so the retailers were unable to give me the points. Seriously, can Frasers upgrade to let consumers scan the receipts rather than give EXCUSES of no power or no network and those PENALISING consumers!!!! If not, at least ENFORCE all retailers to keep the handheld charged - which is a very simple idea. Worse Mall App Experience goes to Frasers!!!
