Annoying intro ad

Everytime I open, that irritating ads appear first..please turn it off.

Expired gift cards

I have 2 gift cards worth $10 each were expired on 6th April and I am not able to redeem cos due to renovation in Tampines 1 and a lot of shops in Century Square don’t have the machine to redeem. appreciate your help to review and restate my gif cards. There is no other channel to write in for appeal. Thanks.

Apps keep crashing

Apps keep crashing upon launch. Unusable.

Keeps crashing on iOS 17.4.1

The latest version of the app, 10.32, keeps crashing when trying to launch it

App keeps clashing…

The App keeps clashing these days! Try to look for contact email in App but not available. Has to resort to posting app bugs in review here. Pls improve the user interface and stability.

App keep crashing. How to earn points like that?? Reinstalled and works for awhile. Now crashing again.

Unstable App

Despite having upgraded my iphone software. Uninstalled and reinstalled my fraser app, it always auto close then moment I tried to launch the app. No idea what’s the issue here. Customer service also unable to advise.
