good job. the update is forcing me to enter a phone number to proceed to USE IT, except... guess what???? i guess my phone number has already been taken. you know...like the one i used to sign in to the version that WORKED leaa than tej minutes ago. guess it's Chipotle instead tonight, guys

Can’t reset my password, can’t login with my password manager managed password. This app is likely ripe for a cyber attack and the devs are probably asleep at the wheel

What kinda food app prompts you to sign in during your order to get your points even tho yer already signed in? Plus it doesn’t keep your bagged items if you go back to the main menu to confirm you’re already logged in. Sad! Call Whataburger and get some tips.

Never ever works. No many how many time you close it. First thing ur asks for is your phone number which if you have the app you typically already have on file just for it to say the number is taken and not let you in. If you’re able to get past it you have to sign in, try to order, and most of the stuff in stores is not in the app. Then you have to sign in again to try and place the order. Just trash. Delete it already!

Y’all have so many offers that bombard my phone daily yet your app is a complete waste of time and is the most user UNfriendly!

The app won’t let me sign up without reading the terms and condition, which is fine. I went through the term and condition three times and still won’t me sign up. I love to eat there but if I can’t get points then I probably will have to stop pretty soon. Hopefully someone can contact me about an update or something.

Have an account, can't login with FB, Apple, email, or reset password. Sends password reset to my email, created new password, and still doesn't work. Try to create new account, must have a phone number which is associated with the original one. No back button from the phone number page so the only way to try something else is to completely delete the app and re-download. No guest checkout on the app so the only way to accomplish that is on a computer and enter credit card details. What a hassle

Upgraded to the latest version of the app and now I can’t use the app because it tells me my phone number is already taken. Yes, it’s taken by me! I am (or I guess now WAS) an existing customer! Your developers didn’t even handle this very common case without completely and utterly failing. There is no way for me to get past the phone number screen unless I enter some number that is not mine, which would be useless. Lame. Lame. Lame.
