The app does not provide clear details about the parking rules for a particular car-sharing service at the airport (the app serves as an aggregator for different service providers). I paid 19.99€ to drop off the car at the airport but was fined 100€ for parking on the wrong level. The app failed to notify me that parking there was prohibited and allowed me to complete the ride without any issues. I would advise against using this app for renting cars in situations where detailed parking information is critical, as it may mislead you. The official car-sharing service app could provide a better experience and help prevent unnecessary expenses. That said, this app is overall quite good. I use it frequently in different cities and countries and have generally been satisfied. However, I kindly ask the developers to integrate parking notifications from the services they aggregate. This feature would significantly improve the user experience and help prevent similar issues in the future.

Було оплачено поїздку картою. Також картою проведено оплату чайових водію. Було дві транзакції і дві успішні. Пройшло декілька днів, основна транзакція була відхилена і повторно було списання основних коштів +чайові. За це ніхто відповідальність не несе. Роблять це регулярно

For the first time in my life, I used the services of this fraudulent company, and for the first time in my life, I'm writing a review here. Normally, I don't like doing things like this, but considering that the company makes money by deceiving people, I am forced to do so. Another reason is the company's complete disregard for the customer. After sending several emails, I only received a response saying, "We are very sorry, here is a €10 coupon." It felt like I begged for that coupon 😔. Keep the coupon for yourself, and maybe you and your company will stop deceiving people while providing your fraudulent services. People, beware! Try to avoid using this company's services, or you will definitely be scammed. And if you reach out to them to solve your problem, you’ll surely receive a €10 coupon – like throwing a bone to a dog. SCAMMERS!!!!

Приїзжають вчасно, привітні, ввічливі. Шкода, що нема послуги перевезення з будинку добудинку з доставкою речей.

Приїхали в інше місто і планували скористатись таксі. Проте під час реєстрації після введения телефону в електронної пошти я так і не дочекався код реєстрації. Хоча він мав надійти на пошту.Так повторювалось раз 7. Дуже розчарований.

Charge more money than it claims. Charge money without taxi coming and never refund.
