Fresha has genuinely made my life so much easier when it comes to finding and booking in clients. I started my hairdressing business in March and if it wasn’t for Fresha, I doubt I’d be half as successful as I am at this point!! It does take a while to get to know where everything is on the app but that’s totally expected for a professional software system. Once you’ve got the hang of it, it becomes very very quick and easy. You have so much control over booking and the way you want to run things, while allowing clients to independently check out your services, products and availability. Thanks Fresha! @maneartistrybyjay
I love this app as i can keep track of all my clients and payments easily, as well forms. It’s perfect for first time users but I do wish you could take deposits AND require cards to be held for if ur client cancelled past ur grace period, and if they no show.
I have been with Fresha for nearly a year now, and I find that whenever you email them for help or advice they always dodge the important things brought up, They also do not communicate with you if they unlist your profile so my profile has been unlisted for a month with out my knowledge as a result of this I have now lost several clients. As well as this they charge a new client fee of 20-25% of there first appointment and you cannot turn off them ending you new clients so in may I ended up paying £60 for new client fees that was more or less a quarter of my months wage from my business,they do not read and try to understand what is going on and just scam you for money. I am going to be leaving Fresha more or less immediately and will he taking my service else where. I would rather pay a monthly fee. When you ask to speak to a manager they completely ignore the email and do not give any response that is relevant. Definitely not worth the stress

This app has saved me so much time, across my entire business, it’s like having an extra member of staff. I’m a massive fan, am eternally grateful and wouldn’t be without it. Fresha, you are amazing!! Thank you for everything!!
OMG! Every time when you do updates it’s like a new stupid quest, you can’t find some simple action. Where did you remove the actions when clicking on the date in the mobile version? Now to add a day off (time shifts), you need to go through all the circles of Hell and click a million times on all the tabs! Block time and time shifts it's not the same thing! If I want, I'll choose a day. I don't want to skip to the day in the weekly schedule! Bring the function with time action back, when you click on the date!
