Great but stop with the constant updates. You get use to it then immediately a new one comes and changes it all around.
Decent
Decent and easy enough to use to start up my business Would like to be able to delete old forms though so I can clean up the list and nit have so many sitting there not getting used Please consider this and fix it
Won’t open
The app is no longer accessible after the recent update.
App doesn’t even open anymore
Not sure what happened but the app doesn’t even load anymore …
Invalid charges
Invalid charges for clients that have already been to you / booked via the salon and when they have finally created their Fresha account I get charged 20% new client fee, even though they have been to me before.. and WORST customer service they will not contact you or reply to emails. No idea how you are suppose to solve a problem when they won’t give you the time of day.

Love FRESHA for my small business - really easy to use and does everything I need it too and more. Very happy and can’t wait for more updates ! Only issue would be when I signed up I applied for a terminal and no where did it say that it had to be paid outright. However don’t use the terminal anyways as most transactions can be done with the one click payment
New updates are rubbish
The app won’t even open now. Getting charged ridiculous amounts of fees. Updates are great when they work. Some clients not receiving reminders, others receiving more that the two that I’ve selected.

It take to long to check out now to many button to press like everything up till now
Horrible
Became greedy. Will personally contact you like a spam to start paying, if not they will threaten that they will delete all your data including client information
