Update unusable
The latest update is unusable. I can only see a handful for records and the app seems to want to onboard me as a new user every time I log in. That last thing has been happening for two years at least. Try harder.

Slow
Opening the app and logging time is a slow process, that flow doesn’t seem to have been updated in 5+ years. Once typing in the time tracking Notes field it is impossible to modify the time field because the text field hides the time picker, and clicking Done in the text field saves and closes the form.
The Worst Accounting App, Period
FreshBooks always has a defect whereby the bank connections you set up constantly get disconnected. As a result, your expenses don’t get recorded at all within FreshBooks until you notice the error, contact their support “team” and then manually re-establish all your bank connections. Such a massive defect in this app’s programming should make FreshBooks ineligible to even be on the App Store. It doesn’t workkk!!!!!!
Unable to edit invoices
Please fox the error that doesn’t allow you to edit invoices. When you go to save your changes it tells you that it’s unable to save because that invoice number already exists. HELP!!
The mobile app needs work
I like the web application, however the app needs updates constantly and sometimes I can not save the invoices even though the app is up to date.
Long wait times , like calling a government office
Freshbooks used to pickup the phone instantly, now I’m stuck in an endless wait loop. This is as bad as a government office.
Keeps crashing
Everytime you try to edit something the app crashes
Fix bugs before increasing the price please.
Another price increase? With all the bugs and problems I’ve been having with this app lately it isn’t worth it. For this tax year I’m changing apps. Better apps out there for a better price with more options imo. Uploading receipts is the biggest pain. If you have to manually punch in all the numbers and details from any uploaded expense receipt(which freezes in the process and forces me to delete and redo them because they all don’t show up as scanned) then it’s just as well to do it manually on paper. Not impressed.
Great web interface useless app
Been using the website interface since FB was a startup and love it but the app doesn’t open and support is a useless AI bot during business hours. Fail on that.
Scam.
Gave them my email, try and sign up keep getting troubles with signing in getting in and I’ve been just Damned ever cents with phone scammers. Beware
