Ease of use
The app is very easy to use and get familiar with. The support from the FreshBooks staff also makes life that much easier. Love it.
Do not download
Do not download this app you are going to seem very unprofessional. I’ve “sent” several invoices to clients which were not received I don’t know why. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Can’t give it 5 stars
I recently started using the platform and was feeling like a pro until the app became buggy. Cannot login anymore, I now have to use my browser. I mean, why then bother with the app? Even though we basically live on our mobiles nowadays!!
User friendly
Straight forward without complications, I like that it has a description line for entry.
Free is not free
I loved the App! But just as I established my clients and invoices I got a notification that now I have to pay for the app - a large monthly rate that my small business can’t afford!!!! Now I will have to restart all my bookkeeping over again!!!
Bugs need to be fixed
I pay a lot for this app, and I regularly get errors, like when sending invoices, they do not update as “sent” but remain there as a “draft”. Might seem like a small issue but it looks incredibly unprofessional when I send an invoice by accident several times just because I can not see the status of the invoice accurately. This issue has swung by several times and I will probably be switching to another system.
