You can’t login, you’ll need some sort of a long url that you don’t even know about, and once you enter it they will show you an error. and don’t also try to talk with their support because they will tell you get the same url again that will end up not working!!!! stupidest login form i have ever seen.

Logs out after a couple of days, that means you don’t get any notifications that a customer has messaged!!!

Can’t hear any notifications. If I move away from a chat I don’t get notifications that the customer is continuing to type. Such a beautiful chat app. Wish it had some reliable notifications

Can’t understand how it be so close but not work! Apple Business chat doesn’t link in (the whole reason for this!) the text entry only displays a single line, then keeps covering over which is frustrating, and resolved chats remain in the ‘new’ folder clogging up and making difficult to see who you need to respond to.. shame.
