High cost
Please be aware of the 0.2% management charges on the sweeping account. This is additional of the fees the fund has charged especially on the money market fund. No other brokerage charges such fees.
Good app
This is a good investment app that I’ve used for years. All the low star comments are losers
No LSE
My first brokerage outside bank broker. I love it, interface is snappy. But unfortunately fees are too high and lack of London stock exchange.
Unable to key in otp fields
Unable to key in despite receiving the otp
Best for SRS, CDF, or Sell from CDP for SG stock
This offer decent user experience for both iPhone and iPad app. In term of cost, it is best for: - Selling from CDP directly (not much foreign brokers offer that) - Buy or Sell from CPF-IS, or SRS directly. I don’t trust putting SG stocks under broker custodian (better to be under my name in CDP). Hence, this broker serve me the best !
Difficult to use
cannot even login as apps keep asking OTP but the key board cannot be detected and key-in OTP. Deleted the apps eventually.
Unfriendly user interface
Can’t even complete user ID change on app. Even after changing that on website, the app does not allow OTP input when registering for diagonal token. Get your basics working before trying to attract investors.
Can’t get past login screen
Did you outsource your UI / UX app development to some South Asian sweat shop or is the in-house development team that incompetent?
App keep asking me update account details and cannot proceed to log in
