This is the app I use for charging at work. Used to be a great app. Plug my car in, pay by Apple Pay then wait. I used to be able to check the status of my charge and how long my car had been charging. I get a 4 hour time limit which working in a hospital isn’t great as I can’t leave to move my car after 4 hours. That’s where the feature to end charging remotely was great. I could just cancel the session on my phone as the 4 hour mark approached. I now cannot do this. There’s nothing for me to check the status of my session either. It just says charger occupied. Doesn’t tell me how long I’ve been charging. Doesn’t notify me when my session is almost up. These are obviously fixable via software patch as the app used to do it. If this was all fixed it would be a five star rating no problems.

Updated the app and cannot sign in!

SSO sign in doesn’t work.

Price a bit higher than usual where place also needs to pay parking the same time of Charing.

Easy to sign up, logical, functional app, quick use via QR code - wish they were all like this!

Went to a shop I use frequently. Thought I would quickly top up the car. Downloaded app and saw a guest mode and thought it will be a low faff option. Decent internet connection however app was very buggy. Pre-Authd £25. After 20 mins of looking at a “connecting” type screen and retrying I gave up. The charge point was fine as a member of staff behind me used no problems with an RFID tag. Workers privileges don’t have to faff with unreliable apps. Don’t waste your time. Already deleted.

The way the app works is great, it’s just super slow to connect and integrate
