Game of Sultans Subscription Information
1. Price and Period
Players can subscribe to Offline-Handle or Quick-Handle functions in the game. After enabling the Auto-Renewal service, the price for each function is $0.99 for a 7-day subscription period, which automatically renews until canceled.
2. Subscription Content
During the subscription period, Offline-Handle subscribers can receive rewards from the following systems when they are offline: Levy, Imperial Affairs, Masquerade, visiting Companions and developing Heirs.
During the subscription period, Quick-Handle subscribers can immediately claim the rewards from the following systems when online: Levy, Imperial Affairs, Masquerade, Imperial Council, visiting Companions, Arena, Imperial Academy, Forest Hunting, Sign-in, Pet Exploration, Gifts from Pets and Rankings.
3. Auto-Renewal
The App Store automatically renews your Subscription and deducts the money from your assigned payment method. If you want to avoid being charged, you must cancel at least one day(24 hours) before the renewal date in your iTunes/Apple ID Settings. To keep your subscription, no further action is needed.

How can i recover my account?
dissapointed...
The game stutters to the point of being unplayable. It's a shame because I really liked this game...
Support is a joke
I’ve been waiting a long time to write this review but after recent disappointment I won’t wait any longer. Support in game is a joke. The only way to get something fixed is through unpaid moderators and even then you need to know to which one to write not to get ignored or told “maybe you remember wrong” (no, I didn’t remember wrong and got all 3 times things fixed through a different person). Then when things most vocal community didn’t notice get fixed, there is no compensation - if Americans didn’t notice, then we don’t need to compensate, right? No matter that it were big mistakes happening for 2 months straight because you introduced new thing and European servers have different set up that Asian and American you didn’t notice. No biggie, it’s just Europeans, right? Why compensate them for 2 months long error. Visual glitches, game hanging all the time, lack of decent in-game support, terrible translations (Polish version uses sometimes such words that as a native speaker I never heard of them). In recent year Game changed a lot and pushed randomised aspects (like Hasan or nail salon/Christmas tree alike mini games) instead of strategic ones which over the past few years of playing is disappointing. Also Hyperinflation on Empire Power like we didn’t have enough inflation in real world. Look back at the core of your gameplay. That’s what brought people there, not fancy-shmancy money grabs. Most of your player base are old players who either stayed on their original server or jumped to new one. That shows that new things you introduce aren’t attractive. They don’t bring new people in. They just let oldies pass the time while they wait for game to get back to requiring mix of strategy and money, not just opening your wallet wider and wider. The only reason this review isn’t 1 star is that core gameplay which kept me here over the years.

Gotta spent a lot of money to be equal with others
It’s not fair that we have to pay to upgrade viziers. If we don’t pay we have no chances to be equal with others. I’ve lost a lot of money in this game. And for what? I was stupid. Don’t be as stupid as me :)
Don t work
The game is not working well on iOS. He hangs up, hangs up the phone. I can't play

Misleading ad .
Good game
... but a very misleading add and the mechanics are not clearly explained in the beginning. Not what I initially signed up for, although I decided to give it a try and it was enjoyable. You get stumped a lot trying to level up Visirs and concubines, there are hours to waste if you want to go ahead with each task and each new event and sadly there are a lot of limitations on what you’re able to achieve once you run through 100 or so quests.
