This game seems awesome at the jump - in depth features, character customisation, but this is incorrect. The game mechanics are not what you expect, and to get anywhere close to winning you need to drop at least £30/$40 daily to get anywhere decent. I’ve seen so many message boards of people who’ve spent insane amounts of money in game and given up because you can’t really stack up your earnings to get anywhere meaningful. Not to mention the game can be so glitchy sometimes - I’ve had game freezes that freeze my entire device. However god forbid you have any issues as trying to get hold of the dev team is not only a nightmare, but they’ll just ask you repeatedly to send screenshots and screen recordings and then do nothing to help solve your issues or offer any help moving forward. I’ve had to open a complaint with Apple due to the lack of response or aid from the devs to make this right. Please avoid this game - you can find better.

Older servers don’t get anywhere near as good rewards for server events as newer servers. It feels like you are punishing players who have stuck by the game for years. The game is also becoming more and more time consuming. I have quit playing. Don’t download this game unless you want a time consuming pay to play game.

Since Sultans are Muslims and this Ottoman Empire is based around Muslims why on earth have brought Christmas into the game? You white wannabes why do you love kissing the western people’s asses? Do they celebrate Eid? No they don’t so get your damn Christmas out of the game!

I’ve grown my little empire for +3,5 years, reached good vip level and though I’m not the best player, I’m proud of what I achieved. It’s addictive once you get past the initial slow growth, the stronger you get the more you grow. But I’m at a point when only the presence of a very few good friends and sheer stubbornness keep me going, all because of some key points that could be improved and benefit everyone greatly, that the devs are well aware of but persist in ignoring. Mainly.. 1) only big spenders and/or cheat users (see 4) ever reach the highest ranks, and it’s always the same people & buddies who win. We should have 2 gaming options: spending-based + merit-based; it’s fairer for those who can’t match those with unfair advantages, so all can access valuable top resources; 2) GoS relies heavily on its social aspect and has its usual share of idiots, bullies, pushy lonely hearts and smart-arses. Your recent clampdown on disrespect and cheating was no more than lip service to your watchdog and you keep ignoring most of our complaints. I was taught that an ugly action outweighs a bad word; however, it’s the other way around on GoS: you can hit and hit and destroy people’s efforts, and abuse to the point of despair, and get away untouched; but the victim speaks a word in anger (as anyone would, after much abuse) and they’re the ones who get bans. You lost countless good customers and it’s clear that you don’t care. ..3) Arena: the main reason most people leave: limit the number of times a player can be challenged during this event. Or give them the option to revenge each challenge they suffered, one by one if they wish, instead of only being able to revenge once even if they were hit 50x; same for Consort learning: Limit the number of times a player can kick out someone in particular; introduce a protective badge for single players.. ..4) Too many special effects cause the game to lag, freeze and crash often, specially when your device is old or not that good. Tweak all this, you’ll have a cleaner game. 5) a sterner approach to players who cheat, (diamonds/resources cheats, bots, clickers etc). They’re classed as Unfair Advantages but they’re still going. Like when we complained about bots, what was your solution? Sell your own bot! 🤦‍♀️ a bot is a bot. Identify disable, block the source. 6) stop opening so many servers. Fed up of seeing good customers finding themselves alone on dying servers. Or give each player the chance to move to another server of

Been playing for a couple of years, the game is fun once you know what you're doing but does become very repetitive. I and lots of others in my union have had ongoing problems with the game lagging, freezing, error messages. There are cross server events that require saving for months and months which in my case have been wasted (half a year) because of errors with the game and the items not adding. The game has a contact centre for help but they have just sent me round and round in circles for months on end, even after me providing proof (screenshots) and they refuse to compensate. I wouldn’t recommend investing money which I’ve made the mistake of doing, as when there is a genuine problem they don’t care about the players at all. Everything about the game is designed to make you pay or buy diamonds packs. The majority of the servers die very quickly, eventually you only end up playing with around 10/15 active people but they are constantly adding new servers while neglecting the old ones.

I have been playing this game for three plus years almost since release. There are many aspects that I love which is why I continue playing. There are also huge issues I hate. The developers keep making new servers while old server population dwindles. There is a big issue with bullying and discrimination which the game does not tackle at all effectively. Customer support says block people from chat channels. When they agree player behaviour is inappropriate all they do is mute an account so they can’t talk in chat channels for a few hours. There are so many ways around this though such as creating new accounts to harass a player or ganging up on a player in arena event where there is no limit on hitting the same account by players of any strength. The developers have done nothing to solve these issues in the three years since the app was released. Their concern is not about a healthy player community but only about how much money they can get from players.

Playing this game for more than a year, the gameplay and idea was great. But the developers made it entirely pay to win. They keep adding more packs to purchase, so no chance to complete for those who are paying a small amount. Bear that in mind if you want to test it. Also game allows Russian to spread the propaganda that supports war and their support does nothing about it

When choosing your characters gender, we should also be choosing our characters race. Please add an option to be black or Asian in this game because you can only be white in this game

Ok soooo I’ve just downlaoded and deleted it agin and I’m downloading it again cause I want to do…sertain things I think the texture is AMAZEING and I think it can be improved a bit BUT I think the game is AWESOME💕💗 hehe sort I think something is a little funny in this game🤣otherwise if the game had a AMAZEING plot twist it would be AMAZING and it already is but you know it’s already is awesome
