I only gave 6 star so it will be seen. August will be 6 years I’ve been playing GoS. Some days I really question why then it hits me. My account isn’t just a game it’s a investment $. Devs use to be about the players but I’ve seen them turn into money hungry cash cows over the years. They use to throw celebrations throughout the year. Really good ones to. Now it’s just a few and they make you pay during the celebration! I maxed everything out in this anniversary celebration that I can without making a purchase. I normally wouldn’t mind the $4.99 but a few spaces later price jump not long and your stuck paying 99.99. I’m tired of paying for everything in game. I use to spend because I wanted to get ahead now you have to if you want to participate in events. This game has gone so far down the tube that if it wasn’t for the amount of money I’ve already invested in my account I would have quit long ago! They need to start thinking about their players again and not their pockets! Stop Making New Servers Fill The Dead Ones!!! Players have only been saying that for 5 years! We are the ones on those servers try listening we play it daily we know what’s going on in servers! Be honest you don’t make changes for the betterment of your average Jo players. This anniversary really shows you are all about those big spenders lining your pocket. Yes you make changes and add things. What that means for your players. “ you gave us something new to occupy us so we’ll stop complaining. At least until we’re board with it or find out we have to make purchases to play. Your players are leaving even some big spenders are gone. All because no matter what we said or how we said it You didn’t listen. Try trusting the average players opinion. I know allot of the players here. We played other war games together. We we’re big spenders on one of the greatest games. As we watched its downfall and others. We are now watching yours! We shouldn’t have to pay to play a game that advertises play for free. It’s not playing for free when I have to purchase stamina to play. Or I have to buy diamond packs because you need to make purchases with diamonds to play! Sixth year anniversary and your best years were 1 and 2…

The game is nothing like the ads and not all that fun if I could I’d give it 0 stars

i started playing two weeks after the game came out, it was fun specially when we could become sultanahs, now not so much and here is why: dress up games un-obtainable consorts/viziers mini games that only high spenders can win ans thats only a few

I used to play years ago but I can’t even go back for nostalgia. It’s making me connect my Facebook- which I have- and not allowing me into the game. It’s a pay to play so if you are able to play then be careful!

This game is fun. I like the graphics, the limited time events, and I like the campaigns. What I don’t like is how there is SO much. Coalitions AND unions, pets AND the other animal thing… there’s too much and each thing requires it’s own system for currency/points/progression. It’s all just too much and I wish it were more simple.

This war game was great. But they keep adding games from other games. I miss the old game. One of my favorites was a side game called pirates. But developers got ride of it. Giving us cooking side games. Oh ya even one to paint girls nails. I hate the puzzles they try to make you do.

This game exists just to stroke the developers’ egos. Players have been begging for years to fix lag and bugs, but it is clear the lag is intentional. The developers worked long and hard to create flashy (and memory intensive) animations that are only mildly cute once, but they want to proudly display these animations over and over and over. Mini games are randomly introduced to respond to requests to fix long standing issues, as a way to demonstrate that the developers are too busy making flashy and complex mini games to respond to user requests. Be prepared to pay top dollar for this free game. You only win if you spend (or stay active on a dead server). Even staying on dead servers won’t keep you from spending, you need to buy the latest devices to operate the constantly expanding memory requirements that are required to support the animations.

I absolutely love this game, great graphics, good plot and most of the mini games are fun but it’s so expensive. You have to spend to much money to get anywhere it seems like. Once you get so many viziers and companions it’s hard to earn the rest of what you need or level up. It’s hard to take any wins on anything it seems the winners are the ones who can afford to keep spending. I think they should make the stuff cheaper and give people more mini games or something to be able to win what they need. Also when I buy anything it keeps charging my card for stuff I’m not buying I also noticed that in the mini games it will take more stamina then it is supposed to, so just watch this and your bank book because it adds up real fast. Other then that it’s a fun game and I play every day and have been for almost two years and I’m just halfway through level 8 so it takes patience that’s for sure.
