Have the circle of death spinning on my phone for at least 20 minutes at the log in screen after i put in my password. Useless!

Awful App
App is essentially nonfunctional. Cannot log into an existing account because it says the username and password are invalid (both are correct, I’ve checked countless times and am able to log in on the website), and cannot create a new account because of “Error code 400”. Because I can’t get into my account on the app, I also can’t place an order since you’re required to be logged in to do that and there’s no “check out as guest” option. Having separate issues with the website - placed an order this morning, never received a confirmation email, and then order was cancelled without notifying me in any way. Not sure why this is happening, as I was logged in while placing the order and received account confirmation emails not even 10 minutes earlier. Currently attempting to place the order again, but still have yet to receive a confirmation email. Seems like bugs within the app run deeper than just the app being bad - I suspect the entire back-end system for processing orders and handling accounts is flawed.
I love garage!
It’s so easy to find the clothes that you want and I think that it has great sizes for short people like me. I love how I can finally fit into some nice sweatpants because they have extra extra small.
