Cotton On

once something goes into my cart i can't take it out or change its quantity. i have items that are now out of stock still stuck in my cart and i'm unable to check out my other items. this is literally an app breaking issue and has been occurring for multiple weeks. still cannot checkout. it’s actually physically impossible for me to buy product lol

thinking it said cotton on i was expecting all cotton fabrics 🤦🏽‍♀️

Straight up will not let me complete checkout and deleted my entire cart after saying something had gone wrong

You should be able to check your order status within the app its super annoying. Inefficient app kinda ruined my shopping experience

Been unable to reach an agent for the last 3 business days. I ordered next day shipping and it’s been near 5 days which is approaching more than their standard delivery.

i am logged out constantly!!! in the middle of adding merch to my bag!!! i cannot stay logged in for more than 5 minutes i wish i was kidding

I was not even able to buy anything. When I clicked purchase it took me to the page where you usually put in your information. I usually use Apple Pay which they stated that they had. I scrolled down and Apple Pay was already selected but there was not button that allowed me to click Apple Pay to purchase my order. I tried to get out of Apple Pay so I could just pay with my card but it wouldn’t let me select anything else. It wouldn’t even let me take things out of my cart. If I can’t even buy your product what’s the point. Waste of time. This app is so bad I would give it a zero but that is not possible so I give it a one

Every time you close the app it logs you out and it’s getting frustrating!

cotton on has some of the cutest basics but shopping online or in the app is driving me crazy… i cannot edit my cart at all and i refreshed the app multiple times and tried a bunch of troubleshooting to fix it but it has been so frustrating. i saw a review about the same problem from 3 years ago, and you think the devs would have fixed it by now but i guess not :(
