Impossible to register account due to the bureaucracy and lack of customer orientation
Very long registration form procedure. And then in your bank statement they will see a small mistake in letters of the street name and make you fill out the form again. And again they will refuse, because there is no word "build" in the address, but in their form in the field building it is impossible to enter letters. So they don’t care you need to use another documents even this document was accepted by many major companies. Completely bureaucratic non-customer oriented company.
