When I add my vin it says unable to retrieve information. As much as these vehicles cost there should be a working app.

It does not work
I get a “temporary “ error that appears to be permanent. That is all I get. The app does nothing else. What is is suppose to do? It could be a good idea.
Hasn’t Been Updated — Maybe Ever?
Server is never online. Completely useless. I think it’s been discontinued, and should probably be removed from AppStore.

When I try to open the App it gives an error message. Called Genesis Support and they seemed to not be aware of the APP.
Useless
Unable to download the guides. It always reports a “Temporary Server Problem”. I’ve tried every day for a week. I emailed Genesis customer service but never got a reply.
GV80 model not included
Downloaded this app to use for my 2021 GV80, and it’s not even an option!
