This app is worth the money! I have tried a number of Andrews apps and usually switch between them on a nightly basis. I was a fitness & health fanatic however moved stated 6 months ago and am trying to get back into it now things have settled. I believe this app has helped me to not crave junk food and get back to my old self.

I love this app. Played it for 3 weeks as I was going to sleep. I went from an apathetic exerciser to going to the gym 6 days a week. Can't tell you what's on it - I fall asleep in less than 5 mins! Love it. Now to start on the weight loss mindset...

I had wanted to get back to the gym for 6 months but struggled with motivation. I listened to this before bed at 10pm. At 4.30am I awoke, sprung out of bed and felt the urge to hit my 24/7 gym which I signed up to 6 months earlier. I haven't looked back. I'm a guy but I can honestly say I love A.J.
