It is hard to search and my bookings don’t show up. It is a shame as the rewards scheme is in principle good one but this should be way less hassle.

Hi, pls improve the app. When I book a reservation, I cannot choose bed type. There is no space to write request. No space in the app to just chat with hotel. No description of the utilities the room or hotel have. I am comparing this app to “booking.com” app which I am used to. Pls improve this app so I will use it more.

Need to be able to save credit card number

Passwords are stored as plain text by Discovery. Massive security vulnerability.

I have had 7 nights at Oaks (Minor) Hotels Australia in the last 2 weeks but my Titanium Status and Membership is not connected to bookings. I normally receive a bottle of wine for stays but received no welcome gift for any stays over the last 4 stays and 9 nights.

Biggest issue is trying to figure out how to spend rewards $. I can’t tell which ones can be redeemed as a non staying guest. Very frustrating.

I have booked 4 different accommodations and none are stored. When I enter the reservation number for 1 it appears but it is not stored. The other 3 confirmation numbers tell me that my booking does not exist yet it is confirmed on the hotels computer system

“Error: failed to load data for wallet” Please fix this.

I accidentally deleted the membership card from my Apple Wallet. When I tried to add it back, it kept saying failed to load your card.

I JUST WANT TO BOOK IN WAIKIKI AND NO CHANCE OF FINDING IT WITHIN THE CONVOLUTED APP! THEY ARE FORCING YOU TO NAVIGATE THROUGH EVERYTHING BUT NO A SINGLE SEARCH BY LOCATION!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL IS MY TIP!
