GHA DISCOVERY

It needs always my card. I understand for security reason but Apple Pay is secure as well.

Just booked my stay in an Anantara NH hotel. If I try to add the booking via the GHA app it won’t find the booking.

One can now book NH hotels and also “add to calendar” and “download to Apple wallet” works. But e.g. there is a bug in the address management in the profile. When I change the address, still the old street name is shown in addition to the new one. This happens also when I change it on the GHA website. Also, on the website, I cannot save addresses for business and private, it saves always just one of the two. This works in the app, oddly. Generally the app needs a complete modernization of UI design from the ground up. You can get good best practice examples of how to design a proper app from Hyatt or Bonvoy.

can’t log in via app only via webpage

Disaster app - waiting time endless. Completely useless

This app is a disaster, very long time to load and after latest update you can use it only by daylight!

Biggest issue is trying to figure out how to spend rewards $. I can’t tell which ones can be redeemed as a non staying guest. Very frustrating.

I have booked 4 different accommodations and none are stored. When I enter the reservation number for 1 it appears but it is not stored. The other 3 confirmation numbers tell me that my booking does not exist yet it is confirmed on the hotels computer system

“Error: failed to load data for wallet” Please fix this.

I accidentally deleted the membership card from my Apple Wallet. When I tried to add it back, it kept saying failed to load your card.
