Don’t waste your time
Seems to have less functionality than logging in via the website but, more importantly, is also a complete con because they keep moving the goalposts with regard to earning “discovery dollars” (with pretty much everything now seemingly “not qualifying”). And a non existent customer service department who do not bother to respond when you raise an issue. I will be deleting the app, closing my GHA Discovery account, and not staying at any Anantara or Minor Hotels properties in future. Back to Shangri-La Hotels and their Golden Circle loyalty scheme for me, where they value their clients and don’t keep conning me out of my points.
