Description
GlobalProtect for iOS connects to a GlobalProtect gateway on a Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewall to allow mobile users to benefit from enterprise security protection. Enterprise administrator can configure the same app to connect in either Always-On VPN, Remote Access VPN or Per App VPN mode. The app automatically adapts to the end user’s location and connects the user to the best available gateway in order to deliver optimal performance for all users and their traffic, without requiring any effort from the user. This allows users to work safely and effectively at locations outside of the traditional office.
Before installing this app, please check with your IT department to ensure that your organization has enabled a GlobalProtect gateway subscription on the firewall.

Net not working after Install VPN
I am using iPhone with IOS 17.2. After installed VPN mobile/Wifi internet not working. Only one option to uninstall VPN.
Jams the Internet (mobile data/wifi)
I’m using Global Protect app (thru my company - as they forced to install on mobile) from past 6+ months. Sometimes this app behaves like a joke - starts disconnecting you from the mobile internet and wifi randomly. You only have to uninstall it, in order to use the mobile data and wifi. FYI - I always install updates from iOS and current version in my iPhone is 16.6. Is there any solution to this problem? Please let me know. Thank you!
GARBAGE App - WiFi shuts down!
This is a useless app, as it randomly shuts down home WiFi. Every now and then I have to uninstall it and then only WiFi connects automatically. Such a garbage product PA.
VPN gets disconnected every 2 mins on iOS 16
This is horrible. VPN gets disconnected every 2 mins on iOS 16 and above devices since long time and still they do not have fix available making it useless service.
Block wi-fi then assumes to connect internet
If we restarts the phone, it blocks the wi-fi and if we navigate to app and try to connect, it says request timed out. So connect the global protect One have to follow below steps evert time and it is time consuming. 1. Uninstall global protect from the phone. 2. Install it again. 3. Configure again. 4. And connect. If your wi fi intercepts, you have to follow the same steps again. What a developers !
Worst Application
It’s not compatible on IOS Devices, when ever sign out from VPN WiFi got disconnected. To recover , need to disable connect on demand manually in VPN settings
Poor application
Always shows notifications. Crashing always. Bad app I ever used.
Poor Performance
Very poor build. After sign out it always shows push notifications for sign in. So it new to reinstall for getting this rectified. Very bad version.
Awesome app
Nee application UI is awesome. Great way to connect to VPN from mobile.
