The worst app ever I tried many time to sign up but I don’t receive the code on my number what a useless app

It’s a very useful app. The new updates were really helpful and insightful.

Our life was much easier with the regular card now I need to call the insurance company every time I need to visit any hospital to get the permission to enter to the doctor… my information are not there in the app.. you need to screen capture and send it to the hospital before you enter to the doctor so they can believe that you have insurance .. and the same thing my family should do just imagine the waste of time … totally useless

This is the worst app. I don’t need you to track my fitness goals. You are an insurance company. Stick to that. The insurance features are absolutely garbage. Randomly it will say my username/password is wrong (force close the app will fix it). Try to swipe to see my son’s insurance card again, wrong password. Go to settings and switch dependent to my son - magically the username works. It is clear no real user feedback was considered. Can’t even share the bloody insurance “card” which is a simple pdf!

Seriously I just need my insurance info, firness tracker? Already have dedicated apps for that. I can’t get my vital health data the App was fine before the introduction of Globemed “Fit”. Contact your developers and rewrite this joke of an app.

There are a lot of health application better than this app. Its better to provide health insurance application to manage customer accounts and all information that related to their limits and policy

I want to ask about user name and password of the insurance section, is it like old one ( user name is individual no and password is birth date?) If not please let me know what is it.

Add countriesss to insurance list!! This is stupid ! Even with the new 2.1 update it is still bugged !! Please fix it
