I have non Bluetooth meter I use for traveling and app does not allow me to log my readings from that manually.
Download the app but it continues to tell me that the email or the password I am trying to use are invalid.
Even though it’s is a know Bluetooth device every time I use it I have trouble syncing unit to app.
Been using this app/ website for many years. Keeps all my data in one place, making my check up appointments easier.
I find the Home Screen to be cluttered with too much “to-do” for anyone to come in and get things done. But aside from that it has good metrics and the food log works really well. I’m having an issue where the app doesn’t always sync correctly with a device, (I’m not upset about this). What I find a problem is the lack of “manual” entry of readings. If there is a way, it’s very hidden behind all this “junk” to do things on the Home Screen.
This app needs work. The text is all messed up if your using any of the larger text sizes on your phone. Also what’s the point of connecting to Apple heath if it not going to transfer the blood glucose readings to Apple health after it reads from your meter. That was main reason I downloaded the app. May just delegate my account and the app and just enter info manually into the Apple health app.
I have a Reli on meter and recently the app made me switch to this one. I followed the directions to sync and my meter will not sync to this app. Very disappointing.
It would be great if it could sync insulin delivery data to Apple Health.
So I have the ReliOn Premier Blue I follow every direction completely as instructed both from the the quick guide Bluetooth pamphlet and the user manual it just will not connect and the Bluetooth will not connect I thought it was my device until I noticed the app keeps crashing when I try to connect my Bluetooth I tried other apps but I would have to pay the original app told me to come to this app and this app is crashing and not paring my device I hope this fixes soon so I can keep track of my levels on my phone
I have a ReliOn Premier BLU and can’t seem to get it to provide data to the Health App. Please fix ASAP.
