Tried using the app to order. Requires an OTP which unfortunately didn’t arrive

Everything was in Chinese and the language function is so hard to find I still have not found it. At least put the language with a little flag so we can know to change from CN 🇨🇳to ENG 🇬🇧

The app is really convenient to skip the queue but the issue is you have to enter your credit card info every single time you order. Suggest you support Apple Pay just like every other app to make it more convenient for customers

why no english?

Why bother forcing people to register to mobile phone number and pay with WeChat or Alipay? The user experience is an abomination and poor reflects on the management’s ability to localize and adapt to a foreign market

I scanned a QR code at Singapore MBS outlet to download the app. No idea how to change to English to make order.

Dear Heytea, i have used ur app to order since launch in sg. I even wrote a social post to encourage people to order through app instead of queuing up. But the app become worst. 1) Select drop down country list for contact number, it came out “TIMEOUT_ERROR” and “SERVER_ERROR” 2) Verify contact number, after key in OTP no button to click “Verify”, the page stuck there =.=“ even i click the wechat also need to verify contact number. Cannot get OPT Need to verify phone number every time I ordered Cannot process payment

It’s been many months that this app is not working on my iPhone. There is no “next” button after the phone number verification code, so cannot proceed to order. Seems the app team does not bother at all.

The counter was so understaffed that they couldn’t take an order. The app then required jumping through many hoops just to order one drink. Very bad.
