Go First

This airline is a scam. I have booked 4 tickets with the airlines and they’ve cancelled all 4 flights, and I have not got a refund till date. I would suggest you go walking to your destination but never book a ticket with go first. Worst worst worst worst worst airline.

Hello everyone is GO First still available or just showing as availabile

This airline is very bad service no response from Customer Care till now waiting time is 2hrs or come please don’t book ticket from this even though you will not get refund this Airline is doing fraud to client no response no refund I will file Cyber fraud complaint against this Airline.

If I was able to give negative ratings, then definitely I would have given -10 for go first. They had cancelled my flight 2 days before , and when I tried to reach them they had kept me in waiting for 1 hour and still counting. I will highly recommend everyone not to book any flight with go first. This is my first and last time ,when I am booking any flight from this airline.

App is so bad and has capability to ruin your mood. Not able to login nor able to sign up. Can't add you booking to home. Not showing any proper details.

Had there been a zero star button on the reviews, I would have gone for that. People go to their honeymoon to relax but not when u book your flight with go first. Both of the flights from the round trip was cancelled by these people. I am never going to book any flights with them thats for sure.

Its been wrong decision to book flight with go first. 90% chances are your flight either will get cancelled or delayed or they may changed the times. Really bad service. I am gone cancel my ticket due to change in timming by go first. Pathetic customer service..

They have the audacity to call themselves ‘gofirst’ when on several occasions they don’t go itself!! They keep cancelling their flights just 1-2 days before the departure date and then you are forced to book on other airlines at very high prices. They should compensate for alternate flights in case of cancellations but they don’t. I will never ever travel by this unreliable and unethical airline ever again.
