Luckily I did not go and buy myself any Godox hardware yet to use with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I downloaded the app first and when I switch to camera option an error message pops up saying the current system does not support Bluetooth synchronisation. You can’t even select the telephoto or ultra wide camera.
Downloaded this app specifically to shoot with a flash using an iPhone but it doesn’t work. Software update should be prioritised. Disappointed that it does not work with my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
I bought the X2TC in the hope that I could remotely trigger my AD200 units with the app and use the impressive camera on the iPhone 14 to create great images. Unfortunately this app says that “the current system does not support Bluetooth synchronization”. I downloaded the new and improved GodoxFlash app and can fire my flashes remotely which proves everything can communicate with each other. I think it’s time for Godox to update the GodoxPhoto app - I’m sure there’s a lot of people with newer iPhone models who would love to use their Godox flashes.
Used this last year around December but it does not to work now. Using the UL150. Just fired up the Bluetooth connection - it connects but it fails to properly control. On iPhone when you open the LED screen the light switches to off. Phone doesn’t move off pause mode. Can’t change any settings. On iPad controls change but it’s not communicating. Doesn’t know how to rotate on landscape iPad. I have other brand controllable lights and they work fine.
Would love to see the addition of the ultra wide lens in the camera :)
I have the FL60 and the Ap doesn’t work with it! It just shuts the off and there is no control. Shame as the light is well built. The light itself only goes down to 10% very annoying!
For control of a light it needs a lot of work. 1) Tapping in increments of 1% is extremely slow, to the point of being painstaking. Why wouldn't you make it a slider for faster control as well as the tap for fine details Makes zero sense and feels like someone programming the app just got lazy. 2)App control won't go below 10% even if the light can. Again why? If the light can go to 1% so should the app 3) If you hold the % number you can turn off the light. Very unintuitive and can be done by accident. Should have a dedicated on/off for each light. Again feels like lazy programming. Your lights are great would be great to see you put in a better effort and give them the control app they deserve, considering you don't include a remote with the light (UL150) which I only found out after mine arrived which was disappointing and took away from the experience of buying a great light. Make your customers happy and they will be back again and again, disappoint them and they question if they would buy again.
Seems like everything works well except these two functions. Auto Focus doesn't stay locked when you go into change flash settings and photo review. It resets itself which pretty much makes this app unusable. Secondly please add a drag bar to change flash power.
还不如苹果自带的相机，拍照不好不能删除，没有手动选择快门和光圈，很不专业！希望尽早改进。
