Super app where it’s possible to do everything but with owns rules/ 1. Tips to drivers is impossible to do with the card you pay the trip. 2. It’s really complicated to find where it’s possible to do? Oh god 4 clicks to do tip after trips? Hire UX to solve it. 3. Sometimes drivers just cancel everything and you can wait for hours for your trip. It’s a problem sometimes.

Firstly, all normal services give a discount or promo code if the food delivery is very late. This service gives you nothing but "sorry" and you just get your order after 1.5 hours instead of the promised 30 minutes. Secondly, I always used the Grab app to order a bike, because there is a choice there - a regular bike or comfort. Gojek also added such a feature, BUT since when has vario been considered a comfort????? These are economy class bikes, NMAX and PCX should be in comfort, but not Vario, what nonsense is this?
Absolutely unreliable application, I ordered 5 times food here and 3 times after waiting more than 40 minutes they just cancelled the order. Using this app is just waste of time. If you want eat do not order anything here!
I ordered food. But I’ve got incorrect order. They didn’t return all money. I’ve got only a half. Check your food before give them money because you can’t get it back.
Good app, but drivers NEVER have change! It’s really annoying
App is great. Use it for food delivery. Have 1 recommendation - if you see that the location of the user is different to the delivery location - you can is the location correct. I see the pop-up check your location few times, then press “don’t show again”. Some time later i changed the place of living and forget few times when order that my location changed. I heard about the same problem from my friends. Thank you for good app!
