The app is super convenient when it works. Unfortunately, they often accept an order, wait 60 minutes, and then cancel the order citing no available drivers. That’s terribly frustrating.

Better than Grab. Cheaper than grab!

Used this app for the first time while in Indonesia and paid $17 for my ride. An hour later it charged my card an additional $18 I have no clue why because there were no additional rides or charged on my account. I contacted support and have barely heard back over the last 3 days. I would really like a refund please.

The app much better. Service improving. And Grab needs a serious competitor to keep its’ fees in check.

Great service

I love how everything is organized into one app. All your daily needs from A to Z is in a tap on a screen. I hope we can see more of this outside of Indonesia too, especially the low cost, that is a win for sure!

Makes transit in Bali seamless. Highly recommend!
