I would describe the pricing on Gojek as an illusion of the cheapest price. When comparing ride prices with other platforms like Grab, CDZ, and Tada, Gojek frequently shows the lowest fare. This convinces me to skip other apps and book with Gojek. However, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite showing available green cars roaming around my area on the Gojek map, I rarely get a cab match. Almost every time, it displays “Oh no! All drivers are busy.” I have tried waiting for a few minutes, but the outcome is the same, leaving me stranded and late—exactly the opposite of why I use a taxi app in the first place. This has happened 24 out of 25 times, making the app unreliable and frustrating to use. To the Gojek team, I strongly urge you to address this issue if you want to retain customers. To fellow users, I suggest saving your time and using a different app that is more dependable. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

We placed our order at 2pm and have been waiting for 3 hours for the order to be delivered. When we tried cancelling, the app just connected us to chat bot with automated replies that didn’t help at all. We couldn’t contact any customer service executive at all and got no assistance. I have never experienced such terrible service from a service based app.
