DON’T EVEN BOTHER. The service is slow, the customer support is slow. I ordered the perfume on Mar 27th, today is April 7th. My orders from Shein and Amazon came in even if I ordered it on a later date than this perfume.
I bought it on Buy 1 Get 1 Promo and I was that will only receive one item. Now, the customer support is telling me that I should hve added another one in the cart but it was already out of stock when I checked out the perfume. Plus as a first timer in using this, there was no instructions to add qty. to get Buy 1 Take 1.
Deceitful. Scam.
Better buy somewhere else than get this headache begging for your orders to be delivered.
They use Aramex for delivery which is the slowest delivery service I have had experienced. The item had to go through three different cities in Saudi Arabie which took 5 days. The items are in Dubai warehouse for 5 days now and counting. The worst part is, you can only talk to Aramex through chat and replies comes in every 4 hours.
So good luck. Not worth the stress. Buy somewhere else.

As I’m leaving in the UAE, unfortunately always my shipments took min 5 to 6 days to reach… come on we r in 2023 !
if I order through Amazon I got an option to get it the next very day not to wait 5 days
so please try to arrange at least fast delivery option it would be nice
