Nice app
At first everything seemed complicated and difficult. By the end of the second week, as you start to learn everything, you realise how easy it is and what a great app it is to help for your business. I am a hairdresser and I do my own business and Goldie helps me a lot. My only criticism is that I find the price of this app expensive, I wish it was a little more affordable, then it would be the best appointment application in the world.
Fantastic appointment software
Since using Goldie made my life a lot easier with all the features that is available for business even a detailing business
Annoying features you Can’t switch off
This app used to be great but it’s deteriorating constantly. There are now features you can’t switch off like a confirm your appointment button so people text you confirming they’ll attend the appointment they only just booked that you know they’re gonna attend as they just booked it. Also there’s now a pay now button that you can’t take off which has people calling saying they want to pay in person as usual so call to apologise not realising they don’t even have too.., It all wastes a whole lot of time, from an app that I’m paying for to save me time and automate my bookings :( Please Goldie, put this back to normal.

I’m not using it to its full potential yet but happy with what I’m using so far.

Im starting my new adventure and I have already clients booked in as is easy for clients to do it without need to speak to me was best decision made to choose goldie
Simple yet effective
A great app and so easy to use for my growing business. It gets pricey, the more staff you add though. My only qualm is that there’s no area to add a waiting list of any sort for customers who are available for cancellations. A consent form addition to send to clients would also be really helpful

Pricey but works amazing
I’ve used this app religiously for years to manage my business and also keep track of my personal life, I have not come across another app that is as easy and effective to use, I originally used the free version and now pay for an upgraded account due to the limit on appointments per month in the free app as the app would be useless to me if it was capped at only 20 appointments per month. I was hesitant to upgrade as it is an expensive monthly fee, whilst I still think the upgraded account for more appointments and messages could priced a hell of a lot fairer and cheaper, I definitely could not manage my day to day without having this app, the ability to send automated reminder messaged etc has now stepped things up for me and is a function I never thought I would need or use. I recently had some technical issues with the app and emailed the support team, I had a response a few hours later and they helped me to resolve this, I have never in my life had such quick and effective help from a support team

This App is great but very expensive to buy monthly text messages,
