So far so good.
I owned a mobile beauty and massage business. I have used many apps , systems and been looking for a simple app to use, while on the go. Nothing was good enough or for my purpose.
This app Goldie is easy to use. I love when you put the address , you click on the address and the app goes to maps!!! This is the game changer. As the other apps don't have this set up. Instead of using google calender , I can use goldie because of the maps. Love the options of reminders, easy to put contacts, get contacts from your phone . The whole set up is easy, quick and simple. This is using the free app.
If all goes well, I would consider pro goldie.

Disappointed with new forced paid features
I preferred the free version before you changed so many things. Didn’t have an option to continue for free. Now my text messages get sent by some random Goldie number which doesn’t work for me as I can’t get the history of messages up easily through my own phone contacts on Apple anymore. Already up to 49 messages no doubt that’ll be another add on fee when I run out for the month. Not only that but it misses messaging some people and it’s confusing trying to figure out who it didn’t work automatically for, need to go in and manually message the others.

This app is terrific, it makes it so easy to manage all your customers and their booking. I’m using it with no subscription and it’s been awesome! Definitely recommend.

Goldie is really good i’ve been using it to start up my bookings for clients, It is easy to navigate, It has its own little website that you make with your bookings when clients book it makes it look more professional
So frustrating
I’ve hung in with this app for a couple of years now and it’s been constantly frustrating. They keep updating the app to create more features but the updates create problems. The customer service response has always been pretty poor (Daniel Pop). I’ve lost lost hundreds of dollars in clients not getting reminders again with zero acknowledgement of this from the customer service team.
I am 100% done with this app.
Glitches when clients try to book
Clients that try to book using my online system but often struggle as it glitches and crashes … when they return the time slot is still kept on hold and they can’t book (says it’s unavailable )- 20 mins-30mins later the slot is still unavailable even tho no one booked . Please fix this issue as I’m loosing clients because of this
Great appointment app
I Absolutely love this App. I’ve been using it for about 3 years in my beauty salon. It organises my appointment diary, sends reminders to my clients to prevent no-shows. Let’s me see the revenue I’ve made for the day or week or month. If there is ever any issues the organisers email back straight away and have it sorted very quickly. Highly recommend.
