I’m not one to ever right reviews unless I truly mean it. I been in business for almost 5 years. I would pay (waste money) on different booking apps without using them because they didn’t do what I wanted them to do. Somehow I came across Goldie right before it changed it name. Let’s just say, Goldie listens to it’s consumers I can literally write a message to IT asking if they do “X” thing and by next week it will be part of the update. Thank you.
Give Goldie a chance. It’s very straight forward and easy for anyone to book with it.

This app is all you can for if you a business, you wont regret it. My only complaint right now its when adding notes it locks its self out, i have to tap letter by letter, if you guys can fix that i would love more the app please and thank you
I wish I could list multiple businesses
If you make an option to create templates and separate everything for multiple businesses that be sooo perfect!! I offer cleaning, notary, loan signing services & finishing my trainings for realtor & building inspector. I’d love if I could have my logos incorporated and templates for different business names without having to edit every single reminder bc it takes the purpose out of why I got this app but I make it work for now. Please add this feature u have no idea how many people offer different businesses!!
App no good for small business
It is so hard to get in contact with customer support besides emailing which they have just been giving me the run around. You do not have direct access to your money theyll send you a deposit schedule and do not follow it. The app also wont let me refund my clients im trying to send everyone their momey back so I can close the booking app it keep saying I have no balance but since its a holiday they haven’t paid out for two days ans i’ve emailed sent screenshots and they are still giving the run around I wouldn’t recommend for start up business just too much complication when im already trynna run my business a booking app should make it easier not add to my plate

This app is a joke. Do not waste your money
Client's past appointments and notes, such as their formula, are never recorded in their information. When I try to find my client's record, it never shows up. This app is a joke. I've contacted their support so many times, but they never fix the bug or provide any updates for improvement. I wasted my money and time for a year and finally switched to Vagaro, which is 100 times better and more accurate. Please do not waste your money or time.
