There are inconsistencies during registration. The fields for address should be clarified whether it is for birthplace or place of work. During downloading of health certificate, why is police clearance needed? Is it a crime to be unhealthy? Would the police read my health info? If not, remove this because people had a hell of a time lining up for queue, showing all required identification, documentation, AND extra payment understanding that there will be no more problems.

Log in issue IpadOs
Cannot log in using ipad.
Application is always rejected stating not uploaded requirements when it was uploaded. Asking for notarized contract of lease but can only upload 1 page
