Poorly written app. Size of the app is hugely bloated and cannot process payments as users have reported. Whoever made this app needs to get replaced. Embarrassing for a company this size. You’re leaving money on the table as users turn to other providers.
Slow Connection, poor customer service, but fatest when its disconnecting line or settling payment.
The app can’t remember the pin and you try to reset that too does not work

Cant connect my iPhone watch to my Globe number for over 3 months now. They still can’t connect after I try connecting everyday . Very poor service a d system .
Please honor American Express cards as a method to pay my wireless & internet services. Also, the card payment popup/sheet/modal doesn’t accept emails whose domains end in two-letter TLDs (e.g. example.ph, example.co)
You got to allow email to be used for login as your customers travel overseas. STOP forcing us to use Globe numbers. How can we log on if we're outside the country and you keep sending OTP to a number in the Philippines? We now live in a globalized world. Common sense lang po.
I have to try over 20 times for two weeks to be able to pay my bill through the app every time it says something went wrong. That means you have to repair the stupid app for something not to go wrong. It was better in the prior version
The updated app makes it nearly impossible to pay. I have been caught in an endless loop of password confirmation and OT unsuccessfully trying to pain by credit card, debit card, and direct debit.
They ask for too much private information through an unsafe network. Then they charge money for data that you will never be able to access. I have plenty of data but it is expiring one day after I paid for it. The only way to keep it is to try to do the manual registration process which takes hours and never works. I do not trust this company at all.
