Why is the app so bad?
They spam you with offers but every few months you can’t access the magazines you have paid for. Customer service is also particularly bad. I wish I did not pay for the year subscription.

Users can buy single issues and subscriptions using In-App Purchase
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual terms.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Bad update! Lost all my magazines! It's still not possible to get them back! Fix it BBC!
So sorry for my paid for magazines FEB'11 - SEP'11
I can't reinstall the old App. So the older issues where we paid for are lost. That's a pity. I really wish you will have a suitable solution for this loss. Support on the magazines or our money back. €35,92 is a lot for having nothing.
Not very happy
Always enjoyed the magazine and therefore subscribed to it. Unfortunately I am unable to download the February issue unless I pay for it again! Have contacted support but solutions given did not work

Goede app met heerlijke gerechten....
Good Food app: handig
Na jarenlang papieren exemplaren van de GoodFood gekocht (en gebruikt) te hebben, nu overgestapt op de app. GoodFood biedt lekkere en uitgeteste goed kookbare recepten, met oa. info over de moeilijkheidsgraad en waarden van het gerecht (zoals cal, koolhydraten, vet, etc). Handig aan de app is de zoekfunctie, door 1 blad of door alle (gekochte) edities tegelijk. Verbeterpuntje: de zoekresultaten worden niet onthouden. Als je er naar terug wilt nadat je een van de gevonden recepten bekeken hebt, moet je weer opnieuw laten zoeken: hoewel het snel gaat, zou dat handiger kunnen. Elk issue bevat aan het einde uitleg over het gebruik van de app. Prima blad en tevreden over de app!
