I started Becky’s workouts ~9 months ago, gearing up for another pregnancy after not having worked out since college (eek!). Each week has a great mix of lower, upper and deep core. Becky does an amazing job of coaching you through breathing and listening to your body, and showing modifications; if needed. I feel so much stronger and healthier, I can see my arms and legs toning. She is super relatable, and easy to follow. Highly recommend.
So so grateful for this workout program! It has been a game changer for me and my health - physically and mentally. The program is fantastic and I can’t believe the progress I have made with my abilities to lift weights and properly engage my core. I am learning to listen to my body and push it to the next level. Love Becky’s app for quick, effective workouts! I started doing the rookies during my second pregnancy and I felt totally in control during labor and pushing. It was such a better experience than my first labor and I attribute it to the tips learned here. I still use these workout postpartum and love that they work with a woman’s body in all the right ways.
I love having recovery workouts to do right after birth. The postpartum program tells you exactly what to do each day. It’s really doable and easy to follow.
I started using this app to recover after my second birth and continued throughout my third pregnancy and now again postpartum! My experience this time around was so much better, I felt strong and in control during labor and had a quick recovery. Highly recommend for quick and effective workouts, perfect for busy moms!
I can’t recommended this app enough. I have had severe diastasis recti since delivery and have tried many different workouts; this is the only one I’ve tried that’s made a difference! My core feels so much stronger which makes such a difference in every day living. Becky explains everything so well- I wish I had known everything she teaches before having my baby! I was lucky enough to win a subscription in an instagram giveaway, but I will definitely continue my subscription once it expires. Totally worth it!
I like working out but I hate when it’s mentally taxing for me because I like exercise to be an escape, not a chore. This app allows me to do that because Becky works out with you and keeps track of the reps and time so I don’t have to. She also is constantly cueing through out the workout so it’s easier to remember to have good form all around! Worth every penny!
It’s great to have an app that knows exactly where I’m at in my pregnancy and gives me specific workouts that will work for me. Becky is GREAT to follow along with; she’s unlike any other fitness instructor because you feel like she’s your friend, and all the workouts are very doable- despite being pregnant! ;) since downloading it, this is the one app that has actually gotten me to consistently work out for more than 2 months in a row 🤩
