Becky Burgess is a mother to 3 little ones, and completely understands the challenges women go through as busy mothers. She is a certified trainer, women's fitness specialist, and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. She has guided thousands of women through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and has helped them feel strong, confident, and empowered throughout the process.
The workout videos are divided into sections to help you through whatever stage you are in, with new workouts added to the library weekly! Workouts are broken down into:

Becky guides you through proper form, breathing techniques, deep core engagement, how to modify if you need to, and keeps you motivated as you go through the workouts together.
The workouts are quick and effective, require only a set of dumbbells and a stability ball, and are all designed for you to get the MOST out of your exercise, and then get on with your day!
To access all features and content you can subscribe to Good for the Swole on a monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

This is my second pregnancy and I just wanted to take a minute to let those considering this app know this is by far the best pregnancy/postpartum workout app I’ve found! I have tried others and always come back to this one. I love that it’s tailored by trimester and done by someone who is often pregnant as well. It’s challenging and I believe the deep core work really prepared me to only have to push less than 10 minutes during labor with my first!

I purchased and started using this app a year ago after experiencing a miscarriage, knowing that we wanted to try again. Becky’s workouts have strengthened my body while also helping to improve my body image, creating a healthier relationship with exercise. Since starting her app, it has helped me recover from two miscarriages and prepare my body for my current pregnancy (I’m almost 37 weeks now!). This current pregnancy has gone so smoothly and my baby is in a good position, which is a first for me. I credit so much of my smooth pregnancy to the exercises and preparation in Becky’s workouts! I feel at ease knowing I’ve done everything I can for my body in preparation for birth. The only improvements I would suggest would be: 1. to allow an option to record multiple different weights for different exercises in a workout, since I rarely use just one dumbbell in a workout. Also, to be able to see those recorded weights the next time you go into that same workout (I can never find it to compare). 2. fix the bug that causes the app to go blank and have to be re-started after sending Becky a message in the app. 3. allow the ability to use the app on a laptop or computer - I like to listen to music from my phone while I workout on a bigger screen like my laptop, and with this being a phone app only, I can’t do that. None of these improvement suggestions are enough for me to knock off a star, because the app content is so good. But it would be nice to see them happen! Thanks Becky - I’m so grateful to you!

Continued to charge my credit card after I cancelled subscription

I started Becky’s workouts ~9 months ago, gearing up for another pregnancy after not having worked out since college (eek!). Each week has a great mix of lower, upper and deep core. Becky does an amazing job of coaching you through breathing and listening to your body, and showing modifications; if needed. I feel so much stronger and healthier, I can see my arms and legs toning. She is super relatable, and easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Love Becky’s app for quick, effective workouts! I started doing the rookies during my second pregnancy and I felt totally in control during labor and pushing. It was such a better experience than my first labor and I attribute it to the tips learned here.
