Becky Burgess is a mother to 3 little ones, and completely understands the challenges women go through as busy mothers. She is a certified trainer, women's fitness specialist, and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. She has guided thousands of women through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and has helped them feel strong, confident, and empowered throughout the process.

The workout videos are divided into sections to help you through whatever stage you are in, with new workouts added to the library weekly! Workouts are broken down into:

The workouts are quick and effective, require only a set of dumbbells and a stability ball, and are all designed for you to get the MOST out of your exercise, and then get on with your day!

Pregnancy/postpartum must have

Have loved Becky’s workouts during all of my pregnancies and postpartums. I’m 36 weeks into my third pregnancy and am feeling so strong and capable and really prepared for a great birth. Have specifically been loving all the birth prep/ birth mobility etc, it makes such a difference in minimizing the aches and pains of pregnancy, my body always feels so much more comfortable after doing one of these. Thanks for all the work you put into these Becky! Truly such a gift!

Love this app, I've had it for just over 4 months. I am 5m postpartum with my third and i love these workouts - they are quick but challenging! They are tailored to you in your stage of pregnancy or pp. there is a consistent focus on the deep core and pelvic floor and Becky is so kind and motivating - i always do the “workout with me”. Highly recommend!

Essential for Postpartum

I've had this app for over a year and its the only fitness app I own. After 3 kids, this gives me many options for quick and effective workouts. I often go back to her initial workouts to help reconnect to my core. I highly recommend Becky and I love how she encourages you throughout the workout. Thanks Becky!

Best pregnancy/postpartum fitness/exercises

Only workouts I turn to for 3 yrs! I was following Becky’s workouts on Instagram but got the app for postpartum recovery/ fitness exercises and so glad I did. My second pregnancy/birth/ recovery was much smoother and I feel the SPD workouts (pelvic friendly) & pelvic floor strengthening/relaxing played a huge role. Becky has so much knowledge and is a great motivator. I learn something new with every workout and have fun while doing them.

I love her workouts, safe and effective. Definitely approved by my pelvic floor physiotherapist. I've been doing them consistently for just over a month and feel fantastic and am definitely seeing improvement. My only constructive feedback is I just wish in terms of user friendliness there was a way to check off that you've done a workout or favourite them so you could have a list of faves on a day you don't feel up to a workout etc for increasing motivation. But that would just be a bonus on top of a great app.

Becky’s workouts are great! I follow her weekly plan and find it effective and manageable with an infant and toddler. Gyms have been closed on and off for almost a year where I am and this app has made my home gym a pleasure to use.

As someone who has struggled with consistency in workouts due to my post partum healing journey, this app gives you all you need to pick it up when you can and do what you can. Becky is constantly reminding me in my workouts of my goals - to show up for me, to take care of my own health and put some time away to take care of myself as I do need it! No fitness program is as kind (NO pressure to anything!), intuitive and resourceful as this one. Pick it up and check it out and maybe you’ll be a year into it like I am now. If it weren’t for Becky, I’d be hopelessly depressed about how my body just couldn’t do what it could before babies! Becky is empowering, understanding and she really does get the struggle!!! She really is so important to me and my whole family in what she has done for my state of mind in being kind to myself and showing up. Even if it’s just for 10 minutes, as Becky says “you still benefit”.

Becky has provided amazing content in her program! I have used it throughout my pregnancy up until now (4 months postpartum). I am a pilates instructor, but I felt like having someone else instruct me for a change. The cues are awesome and there’s great variety. Tons of different workouts to choose from. Would highly recommend! It has definitely been a huge help in staying strong throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
