in Poland a lot od people ate trained how to help unconscious person and how to use defibrator. In fact defibrilators are telling instructions loudly these days. It would be easier to help someone while seeing on a map that something bad happened. I cannot register because I have no certificate of medical training although I had couple trainings and I am able to help.

Tha app is very well designed. I will be using the app when on duty with the community first response car. I will continue to use the app when off duty as well. Can I ask what is the procedure if I get a call when in the car. Do I need to inform the response desk before taking the call ?

Thanks to this app I was able to respond to a 4 month old in cardiac arrest down my road near my house. I was able to get there before the ambulance did and render immediate aid. Highly recommend

The app is fantastic and it's great to see how it has evolved and increased functionality over the years. However its usefulness depends on organisations using it, specifically ambulance services for the cardiac arrest response element, and NHS trusts for the NHS Volunteer elements. My local ambulance service doesn't use it, so it's useless to about 7 million people in this respect. I've only ever received one NHS Volunteer request in three years. This isn't the app's fault but there's no point having a product with such great potential, and continuing to develop it, when the organisations it depends on to work aren't using it.

Great app, but I think your latest update is for Lone Working, not Loan Working- which is a very different thing!!

This app wins hands down as by far the best app on the App Store. Nothing can compete with this marriage of skill and technology to deliver life saving magic. As a developer, this delights me and demonstrates how technology should be used. As someone who has struggled with cancer, and significant health challenges, it is an enormous comfort to know this app exists. Thank you to all involved, true super heroes!

I put in that I would be happy to help anyone wishing a 30km distance and have only had response requests from 200 miles away! What’s the point!
