Part of our complete GPS ecosystem, the Lezyne Ally app is the key link between your phone and your Lezyne GPS device. The free app features the latest interactive and real-time technologies designed to enhance your cycling experience. Once paired to one of our GPS devices, you'll enjoy easy device customization, wireless ride syncing, route loading and mapping, and so much more. Experience effortless navigation, import .tcx and .gpx files, and connect cycling routes directly through the application. Additionally, the app is an easy-to-use resource to instantly save, store, and review rides from the palm of your hand. Activities can then be auto-synced to third party apps such as Strava, Komoot, Relive, TrainingPeaks, and more, as well as shared to popular social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter.

With the Lezyne Ally app, you can also take advantage of our Lezyne Track feature. When enabled, simply create a list of email addresses in the app and those recipients will then be notified every time you start a ride. These notification emails will include a link to our live tracking website where coaches, friends, and loved ones can keep track of where you are and see all of your ride metrics.

This app is for use with Lezyne Y10 and newer GPS Devices (2017 Model Year and newer).
Please use the Ally V1 app with Y9 GPS devices (With a silver bezel).

Ik word verdrietig en levensmoe van deze ellendige app. De les die ik hieruit trek is dat ik de rest van mijn leven alles van Lezyne uit de weg ga.

Barely usable, only when good prepared

First of all: lezyne should provide meaningful info on the version history; it’s been the same for several years (and I stil can not find the mentioned ‘import fox file’ functionality. If you have uploaded your routes in the gpsroot website prior to departure the can be used from the phone. It does take considerable time to load to the mega xl thoufg. The navigation does work for me; if I have loaded the necessary maps in the ally app while still at home. Again that takes considerable time… Then uploading the map to the unit also takes considerable time; an fails a lot without explanation. Finally: my unit’s memory became full. No warning before (just started to behave weird ) not on the ally app. When the ‘memory full’ message finally came; the unit had already stopped working on the last bit of my ride. The last 2 rides now can not be synced using ally app. No message, syncing either fails or totally quits the ally app. If I would have known about the bad software and Ui (on both unit and app) I would not have bought this. So 3 stars, works most of the time if you come prepared an work around the quirks.

Unusable for some

For folks with photosensitive epilepsy, this app gotta be life threatening. Me, I just have to vomit and take a long break before I can leave, and would like to get a refund for the physical device that got bricked.

Battery of my phone drains quickly with the new app

The notification issue is Solved. The Heartbeat sensor issue is also solved with firmware 7.37.

Not able to use when using dark mode

Love the app, but unfortunately I cannot use it when in ios13 darkmode. Two stars...

App not readable in dark mode.

Building routes not possible anymore. App crashes constantly.

Lezyne made huge improvements in there GPS Ally V2 app. Really pleased how user friendly it is. Still I noticed, every time the Lezyne Micro color is used, my temperature indication is too high constantly. Approx 2 degrees higher as the current outside temperature, this could use some improvement as already happened in the past. As an additional trainings function I do miss a stopwatch function/ indication, this function will place the Lezyne Micro next to other brands or will give it an edge over other brands.

No Surprise me-function

App is really better now, since improved design. Surprice me-function would be so much appriciated, for easy training routine on holiday locations or other unknown territory. Should be huge advantage over Wahoo bolt

Devices are great, app sucks

I think that Lezyne can do much better. This app is extremely difficult to use, settings are all over the place, routing is hidden behind strange buttons. Plus, lots of notifications keep coming t my super gps even when I have cleared them from the iPhone. Lezyne can hire a junior developer to fix those.

Needs an UX overhaul...

Please hire an experienced and professional user experience expert to overhaul this app and make it much more friendly to use. Options are all over the place and don’t make any sense. It seems it was made through a “hello world” template and then just extended from there I get it. You are engineers but don’t let engineers make the UI and UX design!
