Can't even make an account. Only gives an option to sign in. How exactly am I supposed to sign in when I can't even make an account 😐

They are worst than capital one. The lady Lauren in the credit department is very dismissive and refuses to help with anything but that’s OK cause I will be filing for arbitration. I’ve had way too many issues with them and I’ve done nothing but make payments on time after month. They’ve had issues with bank connections, they will lower your credit limits for no reason, as well as take away your ability to withdraw even though you haven’t purposefully missed any payments! Honestly, I think they’re getting ready to go out of business so that may be the reason why they are cutting everyone’s limits and stopping the ability to make withdrawals.

App not working, complete blue page, unable to proceed, unable to make payment, emailed support no response, PLEASE HELP ME MAKE PAYMENT TO PREVENT LATE FEE.

I see your latest update removed the ability to “sign up” from the Home Screen. HOW do you create an account then? I went to your web page, no where there. I open the app and the ONLY thing I can do is login. But how does someone log in who doesn’t yet have an account? I don’t understand why you removed it? Are you no longer allowing new customers?? Any help would be appreciated. I even tried clicking forgot password, entered my email address, then it gave me an error message. 🙄 I honestly cannot fathom an app that doesn’t have an option to sign up. What’s the point? Please fix!

Don’t make the mistake of using this glitchy app I haven’t been able to connect any of my banks (4) to pay back my debts and they don’t give any solutions I can’t even mail them a check and now my account is past due. This grain app is the worst financial decision you can take.

And they don’t give you an opportunity to correct it so you end up not even being able to use it Disappointed

I was trying to find an app that gives credit and was optimistic that this would be a good app. Nope. I download the app and there’s no way to sign up for anything. All I get is a screen that says “sign in”. I don’t have an account so I can’t. How about if you don’t allow people to sign up then just say that

I attempted to sign up for this app over a year ago. It claimed it could not verify my identity. I have reached out multiple times to try to get this fixed and nothing no help from the app no help from customer service and it just states every time I try to get on there that they can’t verify my identity. The app does not reset after time just once you get to know that’s it and then you asked for a call back you sent emails. You get no response. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve been on auto pay since the day I signed up! They have been getting the highest amount of interest they can possibly get from me. They’re making money off me for using there services. Which are fine. What’s not fine is they just randomly sent me an email today saying that I can no longer withdraw anymore money. So I guess after I pay it off, I can no longer be a customer if there’s. When I’ve been a customer since they first started. Never ever ever ever missed a payment. Not a single time! Also, they barely even let you borrow any money and you ALWAYS HAVE to put up a security deposit! Do not download or do business with them!
