Grandstream Wave

Grandstream has responded via official channel that they will not fix the audio routing to match all other apps in iPhone that allow voip apps not to be interrupted by incoming voice calls and to switch calls between phone and app. This was strange at least and makes the app outright worthless. An overhaul is urgently required since this lessens the value of the PBX product.

It has problems… the company has to fix it in iPhone users as soon as possible. In ring groups it rings only for 10 seconds and then it stops so when you are on the go you lose the calls!

Keeps on crashing and when a call from mobile app to land line is diverted, it is not working as they cannot hear you.

Latest iOS and this app crashes moments after it is opened.

A regret owning a Grandstream PBX. Now I cannot use any of our mobile devices because the app is not working properly.

The app start and crash

I updated today and the app still crashes after some seconds . Please resolve it fast. I have IPhone 13 Pro

Whenever I open the wave app on my IPhone XR in a matter of seconds it drops and I have to open it all over again with the same results. I was told my IPhone XR is compatible with the Grandstream UCM6310 but it appears it is not the case. Any suggestions?

I have pretty much come to the point of force quitting the app two or three times a day as a preventative measure. I frequently find it no longer updates. I often see notices of a missed call that never rang on my phone, and often see that the most recent call in the history is old and numerous calls have come in since that time. Force quitting and reopening always restores, but usually only lasts several hours.
