App not working at all
For the past few months I’ve not been able to access the Grattan App on iPad at all. I note from other people that they are having the same problem yet none of the messages have received a reply or an explanation as to what the cause may be or when it will be resolved (how very Grattan) I emailed the developer and received no reply whatsoever. I’m disabled and housebound and found the app to be a useful tool when it did work and which is now just as useless as Grattan customer services and the FGH UK the developer. What a shameful disregard of your customers…
